I agree that I shall not make any Claim or Demand against Seletar Country Club, its employees, agents, and any third-party service providers for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal injury, death or detriment to myself, guests and/or respective properties) arising out of or in any way connected with my/our participation in this event. I undertake to be fully liable for any/all losses or damages to any properties including but not limited to buggies and any part of the club or golf course, and for the conduct and decorum of my guests. I acknowledge that my guests and I will comply with the rules, regulations and byelaws of the Club.

By participating in this event, I agree to have my photographs taken and published in the Club’s collaterals for marketing purposes.
