| Assistant Executive, IT |
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide IT support to users and resolve IT related issues quickly.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers/photocopier machines, etc.
- Deliver basic IT training for users and exceptional customer service to members in a timely manner.
- Keep documentation updated for IT inventory, systems, processes.
- Follow all IT policies and procedures set by the Club.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure the best service and support for the systems and projects.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the IT Manager within timeline.
- Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

| Senior Security Officer |
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- To protect the properties of the Club.
- To patrol designated locations within the Club compound at regular intervals.
- To conduct investigations if breach of security is suspected.
- All incidences to be updated in the incident report form for further actions or for record purpose.
- Issuing of the keys when requested by staff and maintaining proper records when issuing and returning of keys.
- Monitoring of the club premises via CCTV and to conduct simple investigations when necessary.
- Conduct random checks on vehicles parked at the club to make sure non-members park at the designated lots.
- To perform wheel clamp on unauthorized parking within the club.
- To issue warning notices to drivers when they do not follow parking guidelines at the club.
- To exchange visitor, pass for part timer to access with-in club premises.
- To check proper recording of working hours is maintained by part-timers when they commence and finish work at the club.
- To maintain records of lost & found items and to make sure those items are kept safely under key and lock.
- Covering duties with extended hours when other security officer is away on leave/medical leave. (Perm Night 2200H to 0700H / Supporting from 1900H to 0700H)
- Cordoning of carpark lots for events or management meetings.
- To assist maintenance team when there is a fire alarm activation.
- To participate and assist during the annual fire alarm drill involving all club staff.
- Notwithstanding the above, you are expected to undertake any other duties that are assigned to you by the Management.

| Member Relations Assistant, Housekeeping |
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Issue towels and locker keys, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- Inspect, disinfect, and maintain lockers regularly.
- Replenish and maintain vanity, toilet, and shower area supplies and amenities, including toiletries, tissue boxes, comb sterilizer machines, hair dryers, lotions, sunscreen, shampoo & shower gel etc.
- Pack used towels in Laundry Bag for collection.
- Report maintenance and facility issues promptly to the facilities team and escalate urgent matters when required.
- Inform the Executive promptly of any incidents, operational issues, member feedback, or matters requiring attention.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure timely cleaning and waste disposal .
- Carry out deep cleaning of lockers and shower dispensers during scheduled Golf closure periods.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across all facilities.
- Operate the Sports Complex counter and provide member/guest assistance.
- Record towel issuance accurately in the towel management system.
- Issue RFID tags and locker access for sports facilities users.
- Handle facility bookings using the computer system.
- Process billing and payments via the computer system and NETS machine.
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions and facility usage records.
- Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

| Member Relations Assistant, Sports & Social |
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Upkeep of Reception Counter & Seletar Bowling Counter to ensure that the facilities and equipment are in working condition.
- To perform simple preventive maintenance of communication, bowling system and related equipment.
- Ensure that inventory are properly stored and accounted for.
- Create and maintain good and friendly customer relation with members and guests.
- Perform daily task of checking, replenishing and reporting facilities and equipment that needs servicing and replacement.
- Issuance and recording of equipment and items loaned to members and guests.
- Administering massage matters.
- Broadcasting and announcement of Club messages over PA system.
- Provide membership, admin support & Billing to F&A Dept.
- Provide call centre service for phone in and departments of the Club.
- Check and verify member via membership card during booking and when billing them.
- To post and remove broadcast material on all mediums, notice boards, signages, etc.
- Maintain and perform data entry of facility usage.
- Attend to phone and walk-in booking of Sports & Social facilities.
- Perform the necessary entry of billing and day end summary of the POS system.
- Enforce and ensure that members and guests abide by the byelaws of the Club whilst using the all Sports & Social facilities.
- To get members to register for upcoming events and perform cold calls.
- To decorate and oversee the birthday bowling parties held at Seletar Bowl.
- To handle competitions, leagues and scoring of the bowlers.
- To work on rotation at main reception and bowling as scheduled on a daily basis and attendants during festive period.
- Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

| Cook |
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Perform pre and post kitchen housekeeping chores. Prepare and cook the food items as stated on the Captain order.
- Replenish the food supplies in the store accordingly to the daily par stock requirements.
- Prepare the food ingredients, sauces and soups that are necessity items for the daily restaurant operations.
- Check the bar chillers and fridge and maintain at 1-2 degree Celsius at all times.
- Inform the service staff on the daily food items availability.
- Ensure the presentations of the food items are appealing to the members before serving to the table.
- Maintain a high standard of the kitchen cleanliness before and after the kitchen operations.
- Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management or your reporting Supervisor/Manager.

| Service Crew, F&B |
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Perform pre and post restaurant housekeeping chores.
- Perform bar counter duties including replenishment beverages in the refrigerator and replenishment of glassware, straws, coasters, garnishes; and preparing drink orders according to the captain orders.
- Perform stewarding duties including cleaning, sterilizing and polishing cutlery, dishes and glassware.
- Transport foodstuffs; cleaning equipment, food lifts and furniture during pre and post banquet activities.
- Operate Point of Sales System for orders taking and guest billings.
- Receive guests; make suggestions and answer questions about food, wines and promotions.
- Place order, receives food and beverages from kitchen and bar and serves to the designated guests’ tables as stated on the captain orders.
- Remove serving wares and cutlery after guests have completed a course.
- Ensure tables are complete with all required items such as tent cards, flower vases, salt and pepper.
- Set-up function rooms.
- Preparing the mise-en-place for the restaurant’s operation, in the following:
- Drawing, stocking and laying table linen.
- Folding napkins / serviette for use in service
- Setting tables with tableware, glassware, and chinaware.
- Stocking side stations with linen, glassware, tableware, toothpick holders, sugar bowls and condiments.
- Cleaning and refilling salt and pepper shakers.
- Resetting table for ‘new’ guests when tables are resold during the course of the same meal period (i.e. turnover occurs).
- To guide new staff on proper service procedures; table-settings, (menu) food and drinks knowledge and service times, table numberings, side-stations and side-jobs, preparing mis-en-place and other necessary duties.

| Senior/ Mechanic, Course Maintenance |
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Assists the Senior Mechanic.
- Performs work in overhaul and repairs of automotive and other powered equipment.
- Assists in electric and gas welding.
- Lubricate and service automotive/ turf equipment.
- Ensure all workshop equipment and facilities are maintained in good condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work area.
- Inspect equipment for operating deficiencies and makes routine adjustments as necessary.
- Inspect, change and repair tires.
- Repairs and adjusts the engine and cutting mechanism on a wide variety of heavy and light equipment.
- Troubleshoot cutting unit defect.
- Reel and Bedknife grinding and adjustments of cutting height.
- Perform automotive-type body repair and painting work.
- Enter job details onto job sheets for admin updating (Machine History Filing)
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Head of Department. Notwithstanding the above, you will be expected to undertake other duties as directed by the Superintendent or Golf Manager from time to time.

| Senior Greenkeeper |
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the golf course, including greens, tees, fairways and bunkers.
- Turf management – Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including mowing (greens, tees, fairways) aeration, top – dressing and fertilizer / pesticide application.
- Course set up – Perform daily hole cutting, bunker raking, setting Tee markers and ensuring pristine presentation.
- Irrigation/ Watering – Manual hand watering and turning on sprinkler heads.
- Spraying fertilizers, insecticide and herbicides.
- Safety and Compliance – Ensure compliance with all pesticides / herbicide application regulations, OSHA safety standard and environmental requirements.
- Equipment care – Perform routine inspection and maintenance of turf equipment and sprayers.
- Performs works assigned by supervisors.
- Performs projects and returfing works delegated by supervisor.
