AGM 2026: Submission Methods & Forms

1.	AGM Pre-Registration Form To assist the Club in planning food and beverage arrangements and to minimize food wastage, members are encouraged to pre-register their interest in attending the AGM by 10pm on Monday, 20 July 2026. The food and beverage provisions will take place in the evening after the AGM concludes.	i. Complete this webform accordingly and click on the “Submit” button	10 PM on Monday, 20 July 2026
2.	Proxy Form (Printed forms are available at the Main Reception Counter)	i. Print this form. ii. Complete the form accordingly. (Ensure it is signed by both the Principal and Spouse Members.) iii. Submit the completed form by email to membership@seletarclub.com.sg or drop it into the Proxy Form Box located at the Main Lobby (outside Membership office).	5 PM on Sunday, 19 July 2026
3.	Questions pertaining to any AGM Agenda Items or Any Other Business (AOB) Submission Form	i. Recommended – By webform: [click here] ii. Recommended – By email: agm2026@seletarclub.com.sg iii. Submit your questions in a sealed envelope and drop it into the AOB Submission Box located at the Main Lobby (outside the Membership Office).	5 PM on Sunday, 19 July 2026
